Default Champagne and White Wine Kits

What type of white wine kit would be suitable to carbonate and turn into a
faux champagne?

I did champage from a chardonnay kit, and it was verg goog. Also did one from a
riesling. It was interesting and very fruity. Kind of different...everyone I
served it to liked it a lot.

DJ,

I made a sparkling wine from the Brew King 2003 Napa Valley Chardonnay kit,
and I am incredibly pleased with the results. That was a limited edition
kit, however, and I haven't found any shops with any remaining stock. Any
comperable chardonnay kit should be a suitable candidate.
