Default Grape juice from a carton

I have recently seen grape juice at a local store. The label says 30%
concentrated grape concentrate and 70% water. of course there will be
preservatives etc as well.

My question is, can I use this juice with as it is, fill a demijon add yeast
and ferment to finish or do I have to use a recipe, if so, any suggestions?

Regards

If it has preservatives it probably will never ferment or not ferment well.
You can do what you want using frozen grape concentrate many do not have
preservatives as frozen does not need them. You can find excelent recipies
on Jack Keller's site using Welch's frozen concentrate. I highly recomend
the White Niagara. It makes an excelent wine and is ready to drink in 2
months!
