Default Wine alcohol dilution?

I have 12 gallons of wine with a 15% alcohol content. If I add 3
gallons of water will the wine then contain 12% alcohol?
Thanks,
James

Looks right to me, but personally I wouldn't go that far with a dilution.
13% would be my minimum.

You'll need to add acid too if you add water, unless the starting pH was
really low.
