Default Live Winemaking Chat Session this Sunday (23:00 GMT, 18:00 US EST)

Hi all,

I've been entertaining the idea of organising a live chat sessions on
winemaking topics for some time at Paul Yate's Vintalk site.

WHAT
I have scheduled a session with the intention of it being a relaxed
trial on winemaking in general.

WHEN
It will commence at the following time (with equivalent time zones
listed):

Sun 23:00 GMT (e.g. UK)
Sun 18:00 US EST (e.g. NY, USA)
Sun 18:00 Canadian ET (e.g. Eastern Ontario, Canada)
Sun 15:00 US PST (e.g. CA, USA)
Sun 24:00 European CET (e.g. France)
Mon 10:00 Australian EST (e.g. Sydney)
Mon 12:00 New Zealand PST (e.g. Auckland)

(Session time could be changed in future if found inconvenient - email
me if so.)

WHERE
The chat will take place at Vintalk.com
If you have not been there before, it is quick, easy and free to
register. You can soon log in after registering and join the Chat
Lounge.

I hope to see you there!
Ben

Well, I would love to participate in this chat. Unfortunately, I think the
SPChat service used on VinTalk uses a version of Java that may be
proprietary to Window's computers. It does not function properly on my
Macintosh. Thus, the chat window does not allow my to type anything.

*sigh*

Paul, at VinTalk has given me a heads up that the Mozilla browser for Mac
works with the chat. I have tested it and indeed, it works fine. So, count
me in!!
