Default Viognier Kit Opinions

Thad, do not put a wine kit through MLF. Kits are balanced for
acids. snip

The real reason to not put a kit through MLF is the possible
presence of potassium sorbate. An MLF with traces of that
chemical will result in the germanium stink.
