Default first wine

i want to make a wine out of some excess fruit i have on my property, i brew
beer regularly so i assume i have the materials i need to make some
wine...but i have NO clue about the process, can someone help me out?

basicially, after i have pressed my fruit, what do i need to do? what kind
of yeast do i use? do i need to add sugar? if so, what kind?

Well I suppose it depends on the kind of fruit you have. Jack Keller
has a great resource: http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/ He says is
better than I do.
