Default threaded spigot?

In a conversation with another winemaker, they said they use a metal, screw-in
barrel spigot. It looks just like a regular wooden spigot (long and tapered),
but it is threaded to hold more securely in the barrel. I've never seen/heard
of this. Is anyone familiar with this type?
