I don't nomally drink white wines, and when I do,
many of those available to me taste moderately good,
but very much the same.
They all have a yellowed appearance too.
So when I noticed this very light coloured white, I
was curious.
It did not taste dry as I expected, but what amazed me
the most is the definite raspberry taste, which was great.
How is this achieved? By using some grape over another
perhaps, or by blends?
Is it unsual for a very light coloured white wine to be other
than very dry? Will the wine have been fortified to correct
this? (only 12% alcohol by Vol)
