Default Dinner party last night

Hi all,
We had a dinner party last night to celebrate the marriage of a good friend and
his bride.
As is typical of our get-togethers, we did the main course, and other folks
(except the bride and groom) brought side dishes.
Menu: salad, wild rice, squash, good bread and pork tenderloin.
Wines: Rex Goliath 47lb. Pinot Noir and a “generic store brand” Riesling.
Topped off the evening with a toast to the bride and groom with some
Schloss-Prinz trocken dry Sekt (inexpensive, but a pretty good bubbly).

No gourmet delights here, and no special wines, but I thought I’d report anyway
because … it was fun!

Dick R.
