Default Wine in Box Bladders for Wine Storage

It would seem to me that the wine in a box bladders would make an
excellent storage device for left over wine.

Simply by take an empty bladder, with no air, put it in a vacuum
device, and suck the wine into the bladder. No air, no gas phase
Oxygen. If done right after opening the bottle, no absorbed oxygen.

Not that hard to make the vaccum device, I have a large one that sucks
up to 12 quarts of oil out of my boat through the dipstick and is
under $40US.
