Dear Friends,
Perhaps undeservingly, I've received a gift of a case of Italian dessert wine: 1973 Ruffino SOLIENTO, bottled by I.L. Ruffino s.p.a. in Pontassieve, Italia (near Florence, as I see on the map). The bottles are further marked as "Croce D'Oro" and "Vecchio Soliento Bianco", and are 16-proof. The one bottle that I opened saw the cork crumble....... I'd GREATLY APPRECIATE your thoughts on what to do with these, since I'm not a wine drinker.......are there websites/dealers who might care for these.... pardon my ignorance and MANY THANKS for your feedback.....!!!! |
