Default Silver Oak wine dinner at Charlotte Palm

Last night attended a wine dinner at the Palm.

Amazingly the food was not like Palm Food. I like the Palm but this was
incredible.

One of the courses was a Lamb Chop with crispy Asian noodles on top served
in bed of spicy Seaweed Salad. Paired with 2003 Twomey Merlot. It was
incredible.

Other wines were ZD Chard with Seared Scallops servied over Califlower
Puree, then with main course of steak the Napa then Alexander bottlings.

Silver Oak is back and producing better quality again but there are much
better wines for similar and less money.

Twomey on the otherhand is outstanding.
