Oh, and due to an MSG sensitivity, I can't use processed ingredients like tofutti cream cheese. Earth balance shortening and earth balance "Soy Garden" are ok, but not the beige tub of earth balance. Thanks! Hi Wendy,
You can try this Fluffy Creamy Vegan Frosting recipe too: Ingredients: 1/2 cup vegan margarine, 3 cups powdered sugar, 1/3 cup soy milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pulse the margarine in a food processor, scraping down the sides as needed. Add the soy milk and vanilla extract than add the powdered sugar in three portions. After adding sugar, whirl it until fully incorporated and the frosting is smooth and fluffy.Add vanilla extract and whirl it around another few seconds. Spread on cakes, cupcakes, cookies, ritz crackers, whatever suits your fancy! Stir in extracts and frost away! ![]()
