Default Vegetarian and Vegan omega 3 Essential Fats & DHA and EPA

There's lots of talk about getting enough omega 3 essential fats - and
whether we can convert to DHA EPA.

Essential fats are best raw so the best way to eat them I find is to
sneak them into Ice cream

Use smooth tofu (or dairy free custard) walnuts, dates, chocolate and
mix in equal amount of high lignan flax oil or hemp oil.

You'll get a rich creamy ice cream with a delicious way of eating
enough LNA to give you a fighting chance of converting to EPA and maybe
even DHA.

There is actually a credible alternative to fish oil from a secret
Algae that contains DHA and EPA.

See www.water4.net or www.vegetarian-dha-epa.co.uk for more info about
essential fats.
