Default Vegitarian recipe book recommendations please!

Hi all,

This is my very first posting to this particular newsgroup. I am a
vegetarian with a microwave oven that I would like to use much more often. I
already prepare a few quick, very simple meals using it, but would like to
cook a greater variety of more interesting microwaved meals.

I have searched in most of the major bookshops, without any success, for a
book that would include microwave cooking instructions as well as recipes.
If any of you have recommendations for such a book, please post the
publishing details and get me out of my culinary rut.

Thank you, in advance.

Have a look at this link

Appears to be quite a few books out there for veggie microwave cooking.

If you are in US take a look here http://tinyurl.com/8canm
