Well, I have a very simple recipe. I hope it will be useful.
4-5 medium beets (boiled till soft & cut into cubes) 4-5 small potatoes (peeled, then boiled & cut into cubes) 1 small apple (peeled, seeded & sliced thinly/cut into small cubes) I prefer green apples Add all ingredients ina bowl DRESING: option1: add vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper. Let cool in the fridge. option2: add mayonnaise (sp?) or miracle whip, olive oil, lemon juice & salt + pepper. Also let cool in the fridge.
