Default menu planner for aged relation

Well, I found this site. I am of course not too sure that this is what
you are looking for, but it could be a start.

[mod note - be warned that the above page is not vegetarian, but it
may help start a similar vegetarian one - with amendments! - all the same]

Hi,
I am trying to find a template on the internet to help me design a weekly
menu
with a balanced diet for an elderly relation who is having trouble eating
well.
I have searched high and low and come up with nothing.

I'm not sure what you're looking for. A form? Senior nutrition info?

There's an Excel meal-planner template on this page:

http://tinyurl.com/2s4ee

This site has a limited but cute interactive menu planner:

You can search on

template Appleworks

and sort through results. Perhaps there's something you could adapt.
