thanks to all who replied when I asked about the Anna Thomas boooks, I was
able to get book 2 and have had so much fun checking it out again.....there are a few i want to make right away!..... had a really nice(mild) chile this weekend made with wheat berries ,beans,tomatoes,zuchinni and of course spices(cumin,chile powder,pepper,cinammon(just a pinch)sea salt and a bay leaf....it was crunchier than soupy and it was really goooood.......
