Default spanikopita advice please

I want to make a pan of spanikopita for Thanksgiving - what is the best way
to prepare it in advance? Should I prepare it and refrigerate unbaked until
an hour before dinner? Or should I bake it ahead of time, refrigerate, cut
into squares and then re-heat? Thanks for advice.

Spanakopita is best prepared and deep-freezed before baking. If prepared
only one day before you need it the refrigerator will be sufficient. In any
case it should be served freshly from the oven. Reheated it simply isn't the
same!
