Yeah, make a stuffed pumpkin. It's really cool when done. Cut the top off,
take out the seeds & strings, stuff it with whatever you want; bread crumbs,
tofu, spices, brown sugar, TVP all mixed up & bake it till the pumpkin meat
is soft. Depends on the size of the pumpkin. & Jack-o-Lanterns are edible.
If you don't want to do that, cut the pumpkin up in chunks, peel the chunks
& freeze for later use for pumpkin bread, pie, baked pumpkin with garlic or
whatever. Be creative.
