Does any vegan here knows "seitan"?
Hello everyone
I'm Italian, and here vegans often use "seitan" (gluten wheat) to cook some "meat-like dishes". My question is "do you know where does seitan comes from?" Some people states it comes from japan or china, but none of them use wheat as their primary production, as Italy. Thanks -- E.B.
