possible. An entity must BE alive in order to receive
ANY benefit. That is why initial existence CANNOT be a
benefit: "benefit" requires an EXISTING beneficiary.
Condition and benefit are not synonyms; not even close.

Life is the condition for all other benefits, but life
itself is NOT a benefit at all. It simply cannot be.

Actually, the word "other" should be left out so it would be "Life is
the condition for all benefits." "Other" would still imply that the
condition (life) is a benefit. I don't mean to nitpick, but it might be
best to correct this minor mistake before inconsequential dreck crawls
in and starts a month-long rant about the inconsequential.

into existence. They do not.

A benefit is something that improves the welfare of an
existing entity. As the entities didn't exist prior to
existing (duh), they had no welfare to be improved.

Life is not a "benefit" at all, ****wit. It is a
