I've been to the Country Life listed on this link. Haven't tried the
others, though.

Lots of pasta at omni restaurants and huge fresh salads as well. I've
never had a problem eating out there.

I wasnt too impressed with country life when I was there two summers ago,
but then again, I wasnt vegan while backpacking so maybe I was allowed to
be bitchy

Yeah, it's not the greatest. But it's cheap, filling and has lots of
choices for vegans. I'd fill up there at lunch and then find a
pizza/pastaa place for dinner.
