Default Frosting made with brown rice syrup?

I watched a rerun of the "whole foods" cooking show "Christina Cooks"
the other day, and she was cooking with a bunch of kids. She didn't
give much information about the things she prepared. One of the things
she made was called Turtle Cake, and it was topped with some nice
looking frosting that she said used brown rice syrup instead of sugar.
I've searched her website (which is badly designed and has no e-mail
address that I can locate) and I can't find the recipe. If anyone
knows how to make a fluffy frosting that looks similar to the "real"
thing using brown rice syrup, I'd really appreciate the recipe.
Thanks!
