Default neophite seeks gong-fu tea house

I recently moved to LA and at almost the same time got interested in
the world of tea. I am wondering if anyone lives in LA and could tell
me of a teahouse i could go to which performs the Gong-fu style of tea
ceremony. or is it more proper to refer to it as cha tea art?
Anyway, thanks very much for any sugestions.
P.S.
Is purchasing tea online the best method of getting good to great
quality greentea at reasonable prices?
thanks again... Breden Jos
