Hi all---I just got my new Tetsubin today from Teasetc.and it is a work =
of art. It is a 12 oz.Joyce Chen, and is so cool.It is dimpled black, and = the interior surfaces are enameled to prevent rust. It really holds the = heat well thru 3 infusions. It will no doubt replace the Brown Betty as = my default pot, altho' I will still use my ceramic pots....Jaq.=20 |
