Default 'Evening tea' (Was: Breakfast tea)

What would you folks out there recommend for those of us who share this
problem? I mean, what good teas are there if one wants to avoid losing
sleep due to late tea drinking?

Dear Ole,

If you keep on drinking tea, your body will habituate to caffeine. At
one time, I could not drink coffee or tea after 4 PM. Now I can
drink tea before going to bed. Yummy!
