Hi All,
I have been away from the group for some time. But I have been back about a week and the postings are very interesting (I actually read the last 500!). Some of the members from before appear to be gone. But there are a lot of new postings that are great. I would like to say that over the past year I have drifted from drinking some of the great black teas (Emperors Red) to concentrating on the greens, first japanese senchas, and now china greens. I find the china greens have more body and more interesting taste. What does the list have to say about favorite china greens? Mark Rupp |
