ok
i have two puerh bricksof 250g. i tried before and used what i thought was 3g. the result tasted strong and sent me into caffeine induced fits. i used about a quarter of what i tried before and it turned out good. still alot difference then white teas but drinkable. tried raw and cooked today, 7 infusions of each. no problems, i must have overdosed the first time. i used about as much as would be in a regular tea bag. i liked being able to have 7 small 100ml cups while reading. i am still confused on how to descibe the tastes. the 7th infusion of the raw was the best, it was mild and had great mouth feel. alanj |
