Honestly there are times where you just take a break. I've gone months before coming back. It's easy to get stuck in ruts too, which is why I always throw in a wildcard or two into every tea order. Too much of anything can be a bad thing, or so they say ![]() Vitamin Water is my go to for non-tea days. The Fifty fifty (grape) and XXX (acai, blueberry, pomegranate). At about 250 calories (125 per serving) they aren't too bad for ya. Gerolsteiner (naturally carbonated mineral water) is a nice safe alternative. I'm also a big fan of water with lemon or lime in it. I'm not a soda guy, so that's never been an issue for me. Sobe used to have such good drinks before they got popular their Essentials line Jing, Qi, and Shen were absolutely my favorites. Don't stress about it, and certainly no need to tea binge. - Dominic |

Sometimes nothing quenches a thirst/sugar need like a cola. The reason you're drinking too much is that you buy the stuff in the first place. Don't buy it, and you won't have a problem. |

Thanks all,
i removed the cola and got some carbonated water, seems to work ok ![]() I'll try the lemon too, I suppose its a 'normal' period then to relax off the regular tea drinking... |
