I'm about to spend a week in Paris. Does anybody know of any tea shops worth checking out? Marriage Freres!!! Although they specialize in "blended" and flavoured teas, they are of excellent quality and the service and nibbles (especially the macaroons) fabulous and elegant. There are many imitators; but, do try Marriage Freres. Shen |

Hello,
I'm about to spend a week in Paris. Does anybody know of any tea shops worth checking out? La Maison des trois thés:http://www-rocq.inria.fr/syndex/iwl.html#3t Most of the French/Parisian readers of my blog agree with Roland (who posted a limited time message). They say the Maison des trois thés is the best tea house in Paris. I haven't been there myself, though, since I live in Taiwan. Stephane http://teamasters.blogspot.com |

You can, in fact, add an Expires: field to your header to tell the local servers to expire it before their normal time period. Not all servers still honor it, though. --scott -- "C'est un Nagra.
