Not to defend (I've had my own fun shipping issues of late) but
honestly I always bank on 30 days for international shipping... and if
you look at their estimated date they even listed Sept. 17th... which
would have been about 30 days exactly. China, Japan, India, etc. are
always assumed to be 30 days for me in the U.S. but the norm is 18 if
there are no hangups/holidays.

it depends what shipping method is used. if it is express i will give
it a maximum of one week delivery. if it is normal air mail 1 month
and SAL and sea more than that like 2-3 months.

we choose air method - thats why the shipping was 13 USD for a book of
200gms. anyways we received the book today morning saying that the
postage was not paid by the sender and we had to shell out another 10
USD for that.

alls well that ends well - i am happy the book came in......

we dont mind paying the high shipping but i think we deserve a quicker
delivery - one month is just too long...
