Me neither, but here's a funny story...
http://www.whotv.com/Global/story.as...48674&nav=2HAB She obviously must have interrupted it while it was helping itself to a sip... Melinda -- "I know. You know I know. I know you know I know. A western Iowa woman is recovering from the shock of finding a drowned bat in her
tea mug -- after she sipped from the cup all day. must have been a huge mug. So, we have a new health benefit to discuss: tea = vampire repellant. |

I can understand though if she mistook it for "two teabags". I've heard of a
teabag resembling a dead mouse but this is a new one... (poor bat!) Melinda -- "I know. You know I know. I know you know I know. We know Henry knows, and Henry knows we know it." Melinda That would be... disturbing. However, given that she'd been drinking from it all day, it's likely that the drowned bat was a "late" addition to her mug. That is, it tried to get a little tea, fell in, and then couldn't get out. At least that's how I picture it. The WHOT "article" is short on details. Never had a bat in my tea, but I have found a Persian drinking from my mug. Good thing you clarified, I had visions of a Persian man with in full historic regalia and a handlebar moustache gently sipping from your teacup while furtively glancing around only to be caught in the act by you. I like my story better, so I'm rejecting your reality and substituting my own instead. - Dominic |

No, but I found some dried ladybugs in my rooibos, though. :P
