Thanks for this one - my kiddo and his Japanese gf were both in stiches over
it - Mi-chan just kept saying "That's so wrong, that's so wrong..." I also passed it on to the JRForum for the edification of our members currently living in Japan or planning visits this year to be sure that they were fully up on current sushi-ya procedures.
