As many times as your appetite and more importantly wallet allows.

My record was 3 to 4 times in a week. After that I needed a break.
Most craziest thing was 2 nights in a row at the same place, which
amused and delighted the chef to no end.

Depends on how much you got in your wallet. If money wasn't an issue,
I could eat it everyday.

If you have it only for dinner, 7 times.

If you have it for lunch and dinner, 14 times.

If you have it for breakfask, lunch, and dinner, 21 times.

If you're a grazer, there's no limit.

You can eat it any number of times per day, for any number of days per week,
month or year.
That is, if you don't tire of of, and you can afford it.
Also, since sushi for the most part is rice and protein I would strongly
suggest a deliberate intake
of vegetables, salads, and other sources of fiber if you are going to
constantly eat sushi.

I would like to have a few bites everyday along with a regular meal.
That way I wouldn't get sick of it. Lately I've been finding new ways
to eat nattou.. last weekend I made an Eggbeaters (Southwestern) omelet
with nattou in it. And before that I put a spoonful in my Chinese hot
and sour soup. I think I've eaten nattou twice in one day an several
occasions.

So sushi, yeah I could eat it everyday.

I spent a week in Japan about 25 years ago. I managed to get at least a
little sushi every day I was there.
