Default Soliciting pronounciations for the sushi FAQ

I'm about to undertake something that I've meant to do for a while,
and should have done a while ago...
By popular demand I'm going to try to add pronunciations for the
terminology page of the FAQ.
So, while hopefully tomorrow I'll get cracking, I was hoping that some
of you folks out there could give me a hand and contribute anything
that would be helpful. Some of you (Musashi, Dan Logcher, D. Lutjen
and Walter Rhee come to mind) probably know most if not all of the
pronunciations on the page, and while I certainly know a fair amount
myself, there are plenty that I *think* I may know, but probably
don't, or certainly don't.
Obviously the page is geared towards westerners, and I figure that a
true phonetic description may be too much for those unfamiliar with
the rules of phonetic spelling, so I was hoping that any of you folks
out there who have the time would email me with whatever correct
pronunciations that you may know and I'll do as many as I can myself.
I'm not specifically asking anyone because I think it would be rude
and I certainly don't want anyone to feel obligated, but I could really
use the help since I feel strongly about constantly improving the FAQ
(being a gaijin who happens to love Japanese culture and food) and you
folks are a great source of information (and heck, it's for the group
anyway
Sorry for my rambling, but Thanks ahead for any help anyone can offer.
just remove the 'SPAM BE GONE' part of my email address to reply.
Cheers,
Warren

Hi Warren
I can do the pronuciation as you describe but in all honesty it would
probably be more
interesting in a young lady's voice
Presume you are looking for wav files to be sent to you?
If you like you can send me a list of the words you want pronounced.
Emailing you my addy.

I can't recall it at the moment but there used to (still there?) be a
website with definitions and a lot (not all) of pronunciations as sound
files. If I find it, I'll post it later. Maybe someone else here knows
the site I'm thinking about.
