Default Thailand sushi situation?

I'm planning a trip to Thailand for late this year, or early next, and
was wondering about how to keep up with my sushi fix while in country.

Anyone heard what the situation is like there?

Also, I was planning a scuba trip while there and was looking for a
liveaboard (say 4 to 7 days) that might could be sweet talked into
providing some REALLY fresh fish for sushi while onboard grin.
(Found a charter that specilized in fishing that could provide, but
nothing with a focus on scuba) Suggestions here welcome...

Thanks,
Sterling
