Default Minado - a 2nd location in NJ in March

Just saw a billboard near my house that Minado (a sushi buffet
restaurant) will be opening another location in northern NJ in March.
It will be on Route 10 West in Morris Plains, in the Powder Mill West
shopping center (where Pelican Ski is). That's about 3 miles west of
the intersection of Route 287 and Route 10.
That's great for me (less than a 10 minute drive), because I was
unwilling to take the drive all the way to Little Ferry or Manhattan.

Anyway, I got the website and phone number from the billboard if
anyone wants it:

I'm from NJ originally. There was a great sushi place down on RT 10 in
Whippany right before the Pine Plaza shopping center on the right. Is that
place still there? I used to go there all the time with my brother. I can't
remember the name though. They had some of the best sushi around at the
time.

Yes that's still there. Nikko. Never been there, but very expensive
from what I have heard, and up there with Nobu on reputation and
quality.

Who are the sushi chefs at Nikko?
