Default Sushi in Auckland?

Where's a good place in Auckland to either sit down and eat good/cheap
sushi, or a good takeaway place that lets you buy big platters?

A quick search on http://www.dineout.co.nz/ will bring up at least 20
places.
As always beware the Farmed Slugs that people call 'salmon'-Kiwis have
some wild Salmon but you won't find any in Sushi Bars run by Chinese
in Auckland.
