I'm looking for a video on making sushi for my wife this christmas and
would like to get some input. There are two dvd's out that I'm contemplating, one is called Sushi Party in a box and the other is called Ichi's sushi at home. I've seen both on ebay. One is about 40 minutes (party in abox) and the other is 2 hours (ichi). Which is the better of the two? Has anybody seen either of these? thanks -Blue- |

How serious is the interest? Once you know that, you'll have your answer. The more informative the cd, the more likely it is that a person with more than a surface interest in sushi will enjoy it. |

They both say it's for beginners. I was just wondering if anybody has
seen either of these videos and could make a recommendation. -Blue- The other is http://www.sushimadeeasy.com for Ichi's sushi at home.
