Default So I finally went to sushi school...

A friend of mine is a food journalist, and so I got a chance to go to
Venice's Sushi Academy for a (comped) beginner class.

I've finally learned how to roll tekka and kappa with the filling truly
centered!

Of course, this just means I am really wanting to take their advanced
one-day class, where you learn to fillet a whole fish.
