TIA I love them with Ikura as well but from time to time have one with Tobiko-the smoothness of the egg contrasts nicely with the crunch of Tobiko. Quails are raised nearby Vancouver in the Gulf Islands so we have the best quail eggs you ever ate. |

I personally remove the white from the egg then:
top with scallions chirarshi(sp?) ponzu, depending on mood masago (smelt egg), depending on mood unagi tare (eel sauce), depending on mood -Lost --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
