I have caught yellow & blue fin tuna up to 30 kg s on charter vessel s off east Qld Australia .
Are they any good for sushi how do you bleed them how do you store them how do you prepare them is there an attachment for a hose that can help the bleeding process where can i find good info on this they are used for bait or put back into the sea dead still fishin , pedro |

My guess is this was a troll.. cuz seriously who would throw dead tunas back into the ocean. I mean, seriously they are worth huge money. A charter captain would end up keeping them if they fishermen didn't want them. And the deck hands should know how to bleed and clean them.. at least the deckhands I've seen do. -- Dan |
