I'd suggest you look in the yellow pages for local wholesalers/distributors. Call them up and ask which retailer in your area orders/sells/distributes the most sushi-grade seafood. I have found that some wholesalers have a retail counter where you can pick up whatever you like directly. -- ///--- |
