Hello,
I would really appreciate it if someone who can read Japanese (and has their pc setup for the character sets) could take a peek at these URLs and tell me what is in the picture. From the URL, one would assume it is beak from an animal, a tako/octopus perhaps? http://research.kahaku.go.jp/zoology...lender/MOl.JPG http://research.kahaku.go.jp/ Thanks Jay the curious |

That is not made clear. This photo is part of a database built up by studying the beaks found as part of the stomach contents of whales, pinnipeds, sea birds etc. There is an English section devoted entirely to this he http://research.kahaku.go.jp/zoology/Beak-E/index.htm Musashi |

Actually the meat which surrounds the squid beaks is very good. I'm not kidding. M |
