Default Off To Japan to Eat Real Food

Wish me luck. Actually our approach to finding significant grub is
sorta slapdash. We walk a gawk and then go wherever it seems cool. In
Tokyo it usually means we hit every button on an elevator, stick our
head out and have 2 seconds to say yay or nay.

I'll take notes. But as usual, I'll be unable to read them...

Back in a few weeks; satiated.

Have a good time Gerry. I was also supposed to go back this December,
but unable to get a flight under $600. Wanted to take my niece in
college with me during her winter break. Have to wait until March.

It was mighty good. Pursuit of food, per se, curiously took a back
seat to other endeavors. That's a first. But had one of the truly
great sushi-bar experiences in life in Okayama. Also a kaiseki meal
that was worthy of about half a roll of film.
