Sushi Buffet Salad ?
At a few of the Sushi buffets that I frequent they have a spicy salad that
looks like a mix of iceberg, romaine and Hot pepper sauce. I love it... Sometimes it has other stuff in it, but most often it is just crunchy lettuce and a red-pepper flake sauce. Is there an "official" name for this salad? I have also had a spicy radish salad version, not a spicy as Kimchee, but very good when they are out of the lettuce version... Thanks Bob
