y just thought I would mention, I just came from the grocery store
again, stopped at the bakery and while looking around I noticed that the
large round birthday cakes are sold in clear plastic cake displays which
looked a good size for my rising bowls to sit in (black plastic tray
underneath with a clear plastic dome that fits tight into a groove in the
tray). I asked how much just for a couple empty containers and got them for
free. They turned out to be the perfect fit. I was using plastic bags or
inverted bowls or whatever, but this is perfect. Just in case anybody could
use something like that.
