I dunno, how about $50 US?
Never mind, I never try to match wits with the unarmed...

I downloaded and scanned through all three volumes, and the only things
I saw that moght be considered commercial in nature were one link to
"their" site, to buy deco sugar crystals, and many links to get more
baking tips - that I didn't (yet) follow, and may also be free.
