After making 3 successful SD loaves this weekend, I was beside myself
with excitement with my accomplishment. My family cannot understand why I get so thrilled when the bread turns out so well, but they just don't know the thought and work that goes into getting things 'just right'. The loaves rose great, looked good, and tasted wonderful. Anyway, I did not have time to make anymore loaves so I decided to take a cup of wheat berries, soak them overnite in lemon juice and water and then cook them this morning for breakfast. I could not believe how good they were with Splenda and butter. Better than oatmeal and better than a cold bowl of cereal. Just could not get enough of the wheat! I guess if I am going to eat like this, at least it is a healthy alternative to what is normally available on the market. John |

It is delicious. All the best, -- Kenneth If you email... Please remove the "SPAMLESS." |
